I loved the location of this hotel as it was right next to the train station, made transportation in and out of the city easy. Despite being so close to transport links, the hotel was very quiet, and I had no trouble sleeping. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the facilities were modern and well-kept. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was delicious, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

The double room had an electronic key card, a work desk and satellite television, facilities worked for us. A walk-in shower was amazing and everything was great. The staff seemed approachable.

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, with many restaurants and shops just a few steps away. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room had all the amenities we needed, including a mini fridge and a book on what to see and do in the area. The gym was well-equipped, and we felt safe with the cleanliness of the hotel. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the Happy Birthday plate with brownies that were waiting for us in our room - a really nice touch!
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends!

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the hotel's excellent service and friendly staff. The rooms were beautifully furnished with modern amenities, including a smart TV and mini fridge. The bathroom was pleasant with herringbone tiles and soft towels. The restaurant and room service from Mamucium were top-notch, with delicious food and accommodating service. The location was perfect, right next to Victoria Station and close to shops and attractions. a 5* experience that we would definitely return to.

No complaint, we appreciated the place. Had a really lovely stay for 2 nights, everything was perfect. The staff was amiable and superfriendly, the breakfast offered was fresh made with a lot of food. This hotel was located in a central area really close to train station and the city centre and various shops.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to various modes of transportation as well as shops and bars. Being able to explore the city without any hassle was a major plus. the hotel rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. The amenities and facilities provided were of excellent quality, especially the room's air conditioning system which was the best I've experienced. It ensured a pleasant and cozy stay during the Christmas season.
the room size was disappointing, despite being told that it was an upgraded room.

The stuff was approaching, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in a central part of the city near the Manchester Arena, restaurants in Central Manchester. The design was lovely. Could use their safe parking.

How central the location of the hotel is. Close to everything interesting to visit. Next to the Manchester Arena where we attended a concert. My daughter and I had a fantastic couple of days. The hotel and its facilities are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This hotel had the best location! It was extremely close to the arena, just a stone's throw away from the train station, and right in the heart of the city. The room was also really nice, with top-notch service and a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was amazing too and had a lot of variety, including a cooked breakfast that was quite good.
That the restaurant service during dinner wasn't up to the same standard as everything else. The staff seemed overly busy and forgetful, which took away from the overall experience.
